The team has really done an outstanding job with this mod so far. Especially the battles are perhaps the most enjoyable they have ever been in the total war series. The only major problem I have so far is the campaign AI.
This has been a vanilla issue so I doubt this mod in particular has anything to do with it.

The AI is really timid during wars. They declare war without any problem, but they don't want to fight them. An example would be Carthage declaring war against me with all of Africa under their control, only to sue for peace by paying me large sums the next turn.

Another problem is that factions don't defend their territory. They often avoid my armies until they no longer have any settlements left before they try to engage me in some sort of battle.

Other players have also reported that the AI sieges cities for several turns, lacking the confidence to attack only to leave later. Perhaps the AI don't think it can win the sieges because of the auto-resolve balancing?

I have found that this mod helps with a lot of these issues in vanilla and with other mods: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil...?id=1090356951

Would this interfere with something essential with the mod, or would it just overwrite the CAI without causing any trouble?
