Once assembled, the mercenary horsemen of De Clare (commissioned by De Vere in the former's name and with the former's gold) ride from Clare to Warwickshire, splitting up in the province of Southam/Hanwell. Though they bear no colors and speak neither English nor Norman French, one can probably guess that they aren't stopping by to throw parties and have nice fireside chats from their grim visage and arms.

The first detachment, comprised of 125 men (50 knights, 75 Breton light cavalry) will ride to Warwick/Coventry and after that, Stratford/Beaudesert.

The second detachment, of the exact same size, will proceed to Shipston/Halford/Whichford after sorting out their business in Southam/Hanwell.

    ETA:

    Mobilization: 12 hours

    Detachment A: 120 minutes (160 - 25% because it's an all cavalry unit) from Clare to Warwick/Coventry. 15 minutes from Warwick/Coventry to Stratford/Beaudesert.

    Detachment B: 105 minutes (140 - 25% because it's an all cavalry unit) from Clare to Southam/Hanwell. 15 minutes from Southam/Hanwell to Shipston/Halford/Whichford.

With their pillaging done sans detection, their own corpses hauled off for burial in their foreign homes or otherwise burned, and the corpses of anyone fool enough to stand against them desecrated as instructed, the mercenaries who totally aren't in De Vere's employ gallop south and east. They will first make a brief stop at Oxford, where they surreptitiously deposit half of their plunder into their true master's treasury, before continuing onward to their original mustering site at Clare Castle. There, they'll give the other half of their loot over to De Clare's own treasurer.

    Detachment A: 75 minutes (100 - 25% since it's an all cav force) from Stratford/Breaudesert to Oxford. Then 90 minutes (120 - 25%) from Oxford to Clare.
Detachment B: 60 minutes (80 - 25% since it's an all cav force) from Shipston/Halford/Whichford to Oxford. Then 90 minutes from Oxford to Clare, as above.

Arundel issues a new directive to his mercenary captains: they're to stop before reaching Clare and loop back to Hedingham instead, where they will deposit those funds they haven't already dropped off at Oxford for safekeeping and pretend that they're a totally new bunch of mercenaries which De Vere hired for the upcoming peacemaking expedition.

When his force has been fully mobilized (about 2 hours from now), De Vere marches them from Hedingham to Bury St Edmunds, intending to place his peacemakers between the two feuding lords' hosts and so prevent them from coming to blows once again. Surely the shrine of a martyred king would be a good place for peace talks, no?

ETA: ~2 hours for the Vere army to finish assembling. Then 36 minutes (40 - 10% from Arundel's +2 Logistician) from Hedingham to Bury St Edmunds.

With the Welsh campaign concluded and the King releasing his barons from their now-fulfilled duties there, the De Vere contingent previously assigned to the royal army now moves to reinforce the Host of Peace™ at Bury St Edmunds.

    20 provinces, 400 minutes.

In response to the sightings of longships off the coast of Scarborough and Whitby, and scattered reports of bands of armed men pursuing groups fleeing with their wealth from outlying villages of the two provinces, Raoul de Tosny sends riders out to a handful of his estates to muster the levies.
