    Default Broken Income

Just a very simple example of broken income with a really underdeveloped, and recently conquered Thrace hitting 31k income.

Hope the income can be scaled way back, because after just about 20 turns it's as if playing with cheats on.

A large update is in the works, overhauling the economy completely and addressing much of the feedback we have received on buildings in general. In addition to regular bug fixes to accompany the patch, Rome's main settlements are being revamped.

Is it too early too determine if this update would require a campaign restart?

Great to hear, very much looking forward to it. The mod is just a few changes from being perfect!

Wait, how did you do that as Macedon? I can't even go and conquer Byzantion and the satellite regions beyond Pella without going so in the red. Rome, though, is so easy, just spam trade agreements, you can't do that as Macedon!

I build Silver mine, Quarry and Granary in Pella. Remember that you lose a lot of money when you leave your city with your army. Achean League will just starve in the beginning, can easily conquer them after some turns. Then it's just winning battles against the Illyrians, Pike phalanxes are just absurd and they have no chance head-on, just missiles that's annoying.

Mainly for money it's just Silver mine level 3 is like 6k gold on its own and building the Land Grant into the chain that gives troop recruitment (aswell as most money) and Hydrogorgion chain for more Fertility which gives more Agriculture income.

Dunno otherwise, the AI is really passive, Pergamon, Rhodes and Gortyna have like no troops and never really attack at all.

Trade with Carthage is all you really need, they can buy all your Silver, so wont be capped out. The passive trade income isn't that great compared to the value of the actual resources which is absurd in this mod (20k+ from best resources lvl 3.)

Well, i agree with silver, then i was looking for ressouces, like slaves in the north, and marble in Corinth. This is THE things you have to focus in this mod: ressources and trades agreements.
In my game, i don't feel that AI is passive. A lot of faction declared war on me, as Dacians, Pontic nobles, Thracians, Galabri and bosphorahn kingdom. etc... but thanks to my phalanx, i sluggered a lot of their armies and managed to subbjug / occup their settlements.

Makedonia still lacks of chainmail units, like Romanised infantry. I don't understand why they didn't add them, but i see no reason they won't add them later.

With 2 full armies, i'm at +20K per turns, controlling whole Trace, Pella and Corinth.
It was a bit hard at the beggining, but now i am trading 3 different ressources, it's very easier.
