Greek Horde - Meme/Easter Egg or intentional?

Hello all. So here I am playing the game, and the so called 'Aetolian league' packs up and leaves. WTF? If its meant to represent a minor settlement maybe give it a permanent -100% movement range and forbid it from retreating? Perhaps by adding a 'This represents an actual city' stance?

Or is this hilarity not in the game for anyone else and something got glitched for me? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, perhaps the general of that starting army could be given a trait that stops him from moving or something.

Not sure how the optimal way is TBH.

Shame that the campaign isn't modifiable like RTW/Med2. Maybe omitting the factions all together? Man I just simply can't stop laughing at this. The horde is literally named after a city in greece so its so damn funny it just picks up and moves.

it happens to all of us, I just thought that the modders decided to make them a horde for some reason, didn't care about it really
