How to Uninstall previous version of EB2

I downloaded 2.2 in late 2015, but law school and beginning my career got in the way of me playing it, so I let it go for 3yrs now. Have a question that the search funtion couldn't answer.

I'm picking EB up again and downloaded the most recent version. Installation instructions say that, to uninstall the previous version, "there's a shortcut in the Start menu."

Uh, no there isn't.

I've searched my entire start menu and even dug through the EB2 folder under the M2TW/Mods file folder and found nothing relating to uninstalling. Any help? Any alternative way to uninstall?

You should be able to uninstall it from the control panel. Alternatively you could manually remove the folder and delete the entry in the registry.
