excellent work men, but may i start the roman campaign without the battle of zama?

Just win the battle and then make a save immediately after, calling it something like "AE_RomeZamaVictory".

If you want to start a new campaign as Rome without having to fight the battle, just load that save. Just make sure not to overwrite it. Of course, this means that any changes they make to Rome's startpos will not exist in your save (like they did with todays' patch, giving Rome some extra buildings at start for more income).
