    Default Chosen Timeline

First I must thank you by this mod! At last the really Rome CA promise us(but better because it is did by modders ). But one thing I don't like is the timeline you chose, at this timeline a lot of factions were destroyed and Carthage is mainly defeated. I think the best timeline would be after Pyrrhus Wars(Vanilla Rome 2) or after the 1st Punic War so you can have a more sandbox and more replay. This is the only thing I think is an error, for the rest: WTF I have to work?!! ! hahaha.
Si en el frente veis a unos soldados sucios, mal afeitados, con el uniforme desabrochado y las botas rotas, cuadraos ante el, es un héroe, es un español.

Sobre los muchachos de la División Azul.

The problem with this idea is that the provinces of the Attila map don‘t really fit that timeframe.
It barely even fits the intended timeframe in some places.

So unless it were possible to port over maps from Rome 2 it should stay is it is IMO

I loved everything about Attila except for the timeline, now that the gentlemen here have brought my favourite timeline to Attila, I got to say I'm very happy, for a while there I didn't think they could pull it off

I am personally looking forward to a startpos with a much weaker roman republic, wether it is an historical scenario or not.

Thought the same. Nothing better than trying to scratch out an existence and bumping into the superpower of the time. For me, this start date put a serious dent into my foreseeable experience with this mod

To be honest at first i thought that the period chosen was kinda meh , but yesterday i canged my mind. The otherwise boring situation in the east is now much more fluid. Powerful Seleucids weaker Ptolemies and Macedon although still a top dog in Greece is against a powerful Rome.

Yeah, it's inevitable first impression that powerful Rome is surrounded by faltering empires. But in fact, all of them have remarkable leaders at exactly this time: Hannibal, Phillip V, Antiochus the Great (no luck for Ptolemies though ), leaders that are more than capable to turn the tables around and change the course of history. With the player help of course.
