effects and effect scopes f'ed up in Saga?
Hi,
I am currently making a mod to rebalance the economy and difficulty/ai bonuses in Saga.
I want to give the ai a build time reduction, so I went to campaign_difficulty_handicap_effects_tables and added a vik_construction_time_mod_major effect to the player on all difficulties to test it out first.
I tried diferent effect scopes and even made my own effect scopes but it either doesnt work at all or only works for the main settlement of a province and then always changes all build times flat to 1 turn.
Does anyone who knows a bit more in this area have any tips what I am missing? maybe the construction time modifier is broken? or am I simply using the wrong scope?

Okay I found the solution, I had to create the right effect first since it diednt exist, silly me.
