    Icon7 A few questions

    Hello, everybody.

I have a few questions when it comes to this mod. Let me start off by saying I mostly look forward to playing the medieval era, as I did with Medieval II Total War. A few questions I'd have with this mod, specifically, are as follows:

    1) It might be an oft-repeated question, but is there a full release date for the campaign modification?

    2) For non-steam users, would there be a non-steam upload/download link?

    3) a) Seeing as this requires Attila: Total War, can it run on a PC that has 4GB RAM? [I don't trust sites like canyourunit]

    3) b) Has anyone tried running it on a 4GB RAM PC, and has it worked smoothly?

    3) c) If not, then how much lower do the graphics have to be lowered in the game settings in order to get it to work smoothly?

    4) Is it possible for someone to tell me step-by-step what to download in-order so that I can have this modification installed correctly? It's a bit dazing to wander around searching for the specific info that I am looking for in amongst so many different threads.

Thank you very much, I look forward to reading your reply[ies], and once again I don't intend to cause any inconvenience when it comes to repeat oft-asked questions, it's just I am a new-ish user and haven't been active on this site.

1- it will be released when it is finished and thats cant be estimated as how months left or things left (P.S: i am not a member of the team)

2- till now there is no external link but if have some problems with steam workshop maybe try to use steam workshop downloader website
3-a)yes b) it runs for 45 mins as charm then lags in battles for 40+ units C) skip
4-first you search on the mod on Attila workshop on steam (try to use popular mods for a a month) then subscribe to all the parts (Base+1+2+3+4)

if i am wrong or find anything mysterious reply pm me.

    Thank you for replying.

So if someone were to run the battles, would it have to be in "small" scale? I use Medieval II Total War terms because that's all I really know. I could play the largest unit scale in ME2 without a problem, so would I be able to play large, or the biggest scale?

I'd like to make it clear, as I haven't before [my fault], that I can't/don't use steam. So is it possible for a non-steam member to use their workshop and mod downloads?

    Thanks again.

To answer your graphics question, without me knowing your specifications on your PC you should benchmark the game yourself, start off with standard auto detect graphics then slowly downscale options like shadow, grass, AA, etc until you get the frame rate you prefer, Attila is really badly optimized but 4gb ram you will be able to find a good level of playability if your graphics card and cpu are also up to the standard.

As for the steam question, there is no external link as I am writing this mainly due to the fact that MK1212 has been highly desired on the workshop as the general pop prefer it that way instead of using installers and manually going into the game files, but I dont doubt in the coming days/weeks there will be an external link, it's not hard it's just a matter of uploading it to a file share page.

Alright, I hope they do upload it to a non-steam source since I can't download it otherwise, which would be a shame imo as it looks like a really cool mod to play.
