Videos in EB2 and how to get them ingame
I was looking through the EB 2 files (as you do) and found 2 .bik files which I was wondering how to get ingame.
Colossos of Rhodes destroyed (is this as simple as just destroying the building) and
relief_bononia. It shows barbaroi (Boii or gauls) entering a roman town with slaughtered romans inside) Will this come up if you take bononia from the romans? And as what faction?
As a side-note why have videos been made for certain factions and not others and are there plans for more?

The Colossus video does appear in-game, when the statue is destroyed by the earthquake at the historical date. BTW, the player cannot destroy wonders on their own.
I've never seen the other video in game

Re: Videos in EB2 and how to get them ingame
There are several videos in game, and all the ones included in the download are activated by one event or another. I can't recall the specifics of the Relief event, but something like Boii coming in to stop a siege by Rome. Others include the Marian & Pritanoi Reforms, but most are faction intros. As to why some and not others? Like many other things in the mod, you need people with the desire (and ability) to perform a particular task (in this case to create the video) and others to code it's inclusion.

I was just wondering why certain factions were prioritized (e.g. Pritanoi and Rome before anyone else)

Those just happened to be the ones that people wanted to work on. I will say that there's a growing amount of 3D reconstruction video available on the internet (youtube in particular), and some of that could be cobbled together to create short videos for various EB2 events. What's needed is the ability to take that video, add/delete sounds, edit for length and content, and then convert the final product over to the required .bik format.
