eb2 on a low budget laptop

i have a hp 255g5 laptop with an amd a7310 cpu at 2.0,intergrated gpu and 8 gigs of ram (and a ssd).
would it be enough to play eb2 at 1024x768 at low settings?

As long as you have at least 4GB RAM, that's plenty of memory. Otherwise it's clock speed that matters, 2GHz is quite slow for between-turn processing (doesn't matter how many cores you have, M2TW can only use one). Integrated GPU might be an issue too, depending on how powerful it is.
