    no, there is no plan for DeI vanilla
    the only 2 mods (I know of) that plan to have a MBS feature are ror666 (DeI submod for the rotr dlc) and attila's tDD (lotr mod)
    attila's mk1212 and ancient empires already have the feature btw

    Have you managed to link the strat_map model with the battle model of the settlement.
    In the vanilla game the palyer may have a huge city on the strat _map but when a battle loads (because the battle map size is separated in th etech tree) he finds him self fighting in a small town.
    TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
    Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

    IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
    Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

    there is a way to assign a different battle map to a map hex, but you don't have any way to build custom maps until someone makes attila TeD's compatible
    let's wait for the strat map tool and see what it will bring to us

    besides this I plan to remove the campaign map expanding slots, they'll all grow in the same hex
    expandable slots are... just crap imo

    is there a version of this for normal Rome 2?

    I really like Rome 2, but the thing that always really annoyed me was the lack of building slots.

    no there is no released version for any rome 2 mod

    ps. i'll never work on a vanilla MBS version, personally
    first 'cause vanilla is crap
    second 'cause you don't just need to have the slots opened, you need to overhaul the whole building system

    there is no mod for more building slots for r2
    it actually isn't that complicated but requires an external exe for patching the dll + do UI files edits
