    It was "Live long and prosper".
    Though, I really fail to see how one would associate long hair with a long life.
    Or locusts with prosperity, for all that matters, unless he meant that the locusts who swarmed to avoid starvation were somehow prospering because of their numbers.
    Just a poor choice of images in my opinion.
