Ok, I give up.
I have to say, honestly I haven't heard, or read, all those you guess as often as the one I have in mind.
I'll give you a hint. There's some negation involved.
"Blessed are those who suffer (for doing what is right)" is from the Sermon on the Mount.
(Matthew 5:10-12)
Has also been translated as:
"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
Wrong...
It doesn't involve religion.
I've no idea For the first image I'd consider terms related to 'healing' and for the second 'beating' or perhaps 'discipline'. But I can't think of any phrases that fit.
"Lay these words to heart, Lucilius, that you may scorn the pleasure which comes from the applause of the majority. Many men praise you; but have you any reason for being pleased with yourself, if you are a person whom the many can understand?" - Lucius Annaeus Seneca -
Kindness? Compassion?
"Lay these words to heart, Lucilius, that you may scorn the pleasure which comes from the applause of the majority. Many men praise you; but have you any reason for being pleased with yourself, if you are a person whom the many can understand?" - Lucius Annaeus Seneca -
No good deed goes unpunished.

No to all of the above.
Think about things in broader terms, it's less about what the photos are of and more about what they represent.
