    Thanks for the rep, but I don't actually know this, just the biblical part. Something with lots, possibly salt.... Umm, how about 'assault and battery'

    yuk!

    All I can think of for first bit is;
    Hand over ...
    or
    The Keys to ...
    but can't come up with anything for second that'd make sense

    'key' or an equivalent word isn't a part of the solution. Could be something else. It does kind of tie the pictures together to give the expression an, ah, alternative meaning. The second pic... don't think of a noun.

    Hmm.Picture 1 looks like your avatar, or a deformed rabbit (Thanks to Phoebe's guitar chords in Friends) handing keys to a silhouetted hand, whereas picture 2 is a derelict building in a rundown area.Struggling with this one. Erm, Shadowland. Rubbish I know, but it's all I can think of.

    You're awfully close. One synonym away from having all the ingredients.

    Too hard, perhaps. I'll give you the answer this evening

    And the answer is:

    "to give someone the rundown"

    Whoever feels like it can take the next turn. Don't have anything lined up atm.

    I'm not even sure about the first. It's (part of) a ship, but that still leaves the meaning of it being from a game/simulation. My best guess for the second would be 'winter'. Adds up to nothing though.

    The whole thing was meant to have a slightly festive theme...

    1st is just a part of a ship
    2nd isn't about the season it's about the type of buildings.
