    Thanks man for the post! Try my new sub-mod for longer battles! Maybe this will help to beat AI tactically!

    *Also you can change battle difficulty to Normal or Easy!

    Mod updated. Changelog:

    1. Added 3 unique playable factions to Emperor campaign: Cilicia, Thessaly & Indo-Greek kingdom.
    2. These 3 factions got extra units to recruit.
    3. Added political party effects to factions of Emperor campaign.
    4. Leptis Magna lost walls because of bug and Tarsus got walls.
    5. Some other minor fixes.

    I'm using the Mod Manager tool and your mod isn't showing up. All other mods show up fine except yours. I've no idea why, can you help me?

    Ok now it's showing up and I can choose to activate the parts. When I press "Start" a window pops up saying that your mods are out of date, even though they're not. If I click "Ignore" the game starts up but gets stuck in the white splash screen. I tried a bunch of other mods like Constantine Rise of Christianity and DeI and they're working perfectly. Has this been updated to the latest patch?

    My mod works fine! Try to subscribe to whole my collection and disable all other mods.

    Do I need the Gold Unit Compilation, Sebidee's units and the Music mod too? I only downloaded parts 1 - 7.

    I've also disabled absolutely all mods except yours.

    Since I realised my stupidity and fixed the game I've been playing only your mod and I gotta say - I absolutely love it! Even more than DeI! This is just what I needed to get me back into Rome 2. I love how there are tonnes of fully fleshed out factions to choose from. Thank you so much for making this mod!

    Hello.
    Sorry for my bad english
    I will try to explain why I deleted mod after 8 hour gameplay.

    First I download mod + submod for soft diplomacy.
    You warned play on normal level, but I start on very hard Ceasar in Gaul campaign, Arverni.
    In start I have about 22000 population. I start war with neighbors. It was hard to fight, but very fun. New morale system is awesome, new units looks great! After each battle I lose about 50-65% warriors. After replenishment, the people wasted away, also I need recruit new mens, also each turn lose 200-300 population(VH level debuf). After 15 turn realized that have about 6000 population. No more new units. war is over.

    Second I start on normal level. mod + submod soft diplomacy.
    +200 population each turn, difficulty level +. After turn 30 captured several regions, AI is passive, no elite units, no elite buildings, mass cheap units, game is boring.


    Summary what I liked
    + morale system is awesome
    + new units great
    + recruit time is longer standart unit 2-3 turn
    + garrison system
    + walls on minor cities. not tested yet, but sounds great

    minus
    - people of rome script, I think it's just an annoying system, stoping fun system, great battles thousand vs thousand, army vs army. Can you make it like submod? Switch on\off in mod manager.
    - building system. no elite buildings Why? elite buildind have greate debuf on public order. You just cant build hidh level buildings. Food given building - 8 on PO, public order giving building(forum or temple) +4 on PO. I think it disbalanced
    - very disbalanced edicts. I just dont use them. For example Nordos edict good balanced https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil...t=nordos+edict

    thats all .
    However I think mod is great, some polish and it will be better than Rad.......

    @Express777, Ok man! I will make sub-mod with no population. But many gamers play on Very Hard in REM and they expand ok. Of course it depends of faction you play! Food and public order balance is hard but ok - you need to adapt to it (especially on hard levels).
    Will check Edicts Mod! But i think my edicts are just close to life (no magic buffs, u know). Regards!

    You can use Nordos edict mod with REM (I tested)! But i think its quite overpowered..

    1. Added several new civil buildings to greek factions.
    2. Now factions can recruit 3 levies from satrapies when research needed tech.
    3. Added new units for Samnites and Emporion (mostly in near AOR zones).
    4. Some eastern units reskinned.
    5. Several other minor fixes.

    1. Emporion and Cilicia factions recruitment balanced.
    2. Now rebels will recruit different units.
    3. Now military tech research leads to diplomatic penalties.
    4. Added new effect to general’s zeal - defenses in battle (when attacked).
    5. Barricades hit points decreased, but their length doubled.
    6. Mod’s features added in texts of loading screens (for English version).

    Today is 1 year date when REM first edition came on Steam! Almost from the beginning this global mod became popular by its fresh and hard gameplay! For this year mod was updated around 100 times and this work could not be done without community!

    About gameplay.

    I start play as Massilia faction.Conquered centrall and north Gauls, begin to conquer Britain. And I cant hire 3 and 2 tier level units in Barbarian lands, only available unit is Gallic Swordsman (auxiliary, 42 morale, 1 tier unit). No hoplites, no high level barbarian auxiliary. Is it gameplay feature? or bug?

    The only way is:
    1. Make satrapies
    2. Hire from satrapies

    Express777, This is called AOR! I fixed recruitment bug for Massilia!

    Mod updated. Changelog:

    1. Added new units to all British factions. Caledones and Ebdani now have new roster.
    2. Massilia faction AOR recruitment fixed.
    3. Arrows damage decreased, javelins’ increased. Their types differ now.
    4. Now more armor types have bonus against arrows.
    5. Added new effect to public order - replenishment rate.
    6. Barbarians now able to recruit large ballistas only in Hellenic lands.
    7. Now you can play all factions in Multiplayer Coop campaigns.

    So...my global mod worth some more discussion here? Is it bad or fun to play?!

    Game mechanics changing update!

    - Now romans, greeks and east factions need to BUILD their cities from clear spot on barb lands.
    - In vanilla it was unreal when u capture 8m wooden barb city and could make 16m stone city in just 5-7 turns. In fact ancient people needed many years to build stone walls.
    - Building of stone walled city now cost 15000-30000 gold and 20-30 turns (depending on public order)
    - Now u can convert only greek cities, roman cities, barb city lvl 1, east city lvl 1.
    - When u capture any foreign culture city, u will have small native garrison in it.
    - Minor barb cities to which walls were added in REM, could be: a) stay as is with small barb garrison, b) destruct and build small native town with full garrison.
    - Only barb cities could be destructed now.
    - Increased cities’ construction/destruction/conversion time and costs.

    1. Now you can convert only greek cities & roman cities of level 1 and 2.
    2. New building cities system added to ED campaign.
    3. New building cities system garrisons rebalanced.
    4. Added tech requirements for civil cities (starting from level 2).

    6. Handicaps rebalanced for hard difficulty levels.

    1. No more settlement gifted after sending diplomat.
    2. Gladius damage decreased, pilum stats raised.
    3. CAI has to declare some more wars at bad relations.
    4. No more pikemen as generals fore eastern factions.
    5. Some changes for difficulty levels (like unit costs).

    6*. Made more agrressive and dangerous CAI.

    1. Rebalanced recruitment for Pontus and Armenia.
    2. Cultural conversion now depends also of difficulty level.
    3. Made some changes to Arabian garrisons.

    FINALLY i made CAI a real Monster! He is not passive anymore and will attack any city even if it has 40 units (army + garrison)!!! Never saw this before in TW: R2!!! So even with Rem's big garrisons AI will expand well on map! Be ready for erasing!

    Thank you for all of your work and commitment to historical and realistic gameplay. That is what I look for in a mod.

    I have tried downloading and playing but it will not run. Rather than me guessing what patch is compatible with your mod my suggestion is to clearly state what your mod is compatible with to play.

    AAs soon as you list what I need to play your mod I will try it.
