Can'tget mods to work- NEED HELP

I can't get my Rebel Commander Mod to work!

I just downloaded the file, like the instuctions say, cut and pasted it into my Rome- Total War folder, just as it said, and finally followed the gameplay instructions. Will someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Try putting -show err in the short cut command line. go to the shortcut, right click, and select properties, at the end of the line at the top put -show err

leave a space between TW and -

so it looks like this. RomeTW -show err

try running the mod, when it crashes you should now get a message telling you why, then come back and tell us what it said.
