I hope to see the Update soon with version 0.9.6! It adds so much more to the game than I initially realized!

Thank you for your comment. I admit that it's hard for me to do without my modified units to play Medieval2totalwar kingdoms ...
The adaptation may be a little complicated (especially because of the changes in the entry names of some factions) but not impossible. I'll take care of it when I have time.
@ Kostic, could you make the portaits mod for the 096? I find those you've put in the other thread very intereting, I'd be willing to play with them!
If you only want my portraits, it's very simple and this will not affect your current game or any game file regardless of the SSHIP version :
1- Download KCC 0.9.3 and unzip it in a neutral folder.
2- Open the KCC 0.9.3 folder and copy the data folder to the root folder of the game (Medieval II Total War by default). Accept the replacement of the files.
3- Go to KCC 0.9.3/mods /SS6.3 /data and copy the ui folder to the same place in your version 0.9.6. Accept the replacement of the files.
That's all !![]()

Thanks a lot. I understand that that the /data folder goes to the main folder; while the /mods/.../data to the SSHIP folder.
Have you thought about working on the the units' pics (similiarly to those portraits)?
For the installation of the portraits, it is understood !
On the other hand, i admit that I have not yet touched up the unit cards or the images included in the descriptions. This is part of the project, as is changing the illustrations of the events ...
Absolutely ! This image does not correspond to the event and the armor is really fanciful on this drawing (a mixture of eras between the 14th and the 16th century would say) ...
There is still work to be done!
Knights and dismounted knights of St Lazare
Looks great! I'm really looking forward to seeing the next update and getting to use your mod again!
Thanks Kostic!
I really appreciate your work, can't wait for the next update and if possible new cards that Jurand talked above.
BORA BAHHEAAAA !!!
Kostic, how's the unit model update for the latest version of SHIPP coming? Can't wait to play with your beautiful and historically accurate models!
Pleasant it is, when over a great sea the winds trouble the waters, to gaze from shore upon another's tribulation: not because any man's troubles are a delectable joy, but because to perceive from what ills you are free yourself is pleasant - Lucretius
Thank you Kilgore Trout. I will try to speed things up. I work on it as soon as I can. I want to adapt an improved version of what I have already done, that's why it is a bit long.
Be sure to take your time then. As you may know, the long-awaited mod The Great Conflicts alpha version is finally out, so I can keep plenty busy until you have fully adapted your improved version, so please take your time. I was just curious, and I am very happy to know that everything is still coming along alive and well!

The Great Conflicts was released in alpha? That is good news !![]()

Hi J.a.luna! I'm still working on the units and adapting my mod. It's long, it's time consuming, and since I'm a serious boy, I don't want to give an untested version.
My objectives for this next version will be the modification of new units (especially on the side of religious orders), the improvement of existing units with the implementation of a new concept: the player will be able, at the end of the 12th century - and probably in the following centuries - overwrite its data file with another adapted to the new period. This makes it possible to correct inevitable anachronisms, such as that of generals and officers, horse covers, etc...
In addition, I intend to start modifying the illustrations of certain "events" signs as well as those of maps and unit descriptions. Perhaps also further improving the appearance of campaign characters by resuming the work of MTW, even if it has not responded for more than a year now.
Here. Still a little patience, I like what I do for SSHIP, it's just that it takes a long time !![]()
Ok Kostic, thank so much for continue this improvements for sship and the historical Gameplay, i wish see your great work soon!![]()

Some news from my work: I managed to implant my units in version 0.9.6. Problem: my current attempts to reset my strats_models crash the game ...
I'm still looking for a solution.
some pictures to wait

Good work kostic! I hope play your minimod soon! For me your units are so historical and fit for sship mod, they give more inmersion to the gameplay!
Maybe you could improve the units models for moors also? With mixed christian/muslim style in Andalusia lands for example( andalusian spearmen, andalusian archers...)
Another thing, is possible add more beards in your units? I think that in medieval ages the people didn't shave just right?
