    Yes, i agree about bards for generals, is better in all aspects...
    And with strat models in strategic map is perfect! I would like see them in your new version! And same for russians, steppes and muslims factions
    Other units that you can change the models are marinae, saxon huskarls, latinikon, and other european units...

    Yes. The next KCC 0.9.3 release will be adapted for SSHIP 0.9.5.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but in 0.9.2 these models look different from those pictures. Sergeants in ug1 haven't armor plates on the chest.

    You are right. I took them away from the sergeants. I think to see their shields again in my next version.

    Nice but just to be pedantic (sorry ), could you make them with less 'folders' in their lower tunic? I think that they would look better that way (just my opinion of course)

    To find the original SSHIP mod, copy the contents of the "data original file" folder and accept the replacement of the files.
    What is this supposed to mean? I am confused.

    Maybe a bad translation of my French? This folder is used as part of my first version (KCC 0.9) to restore the original SSHIP 0.9.2 (in case my modified units would not please)


    Otherwise you have to make a backup before the folders and files that modify KCC. It's easier !

    I'm going to try. I must choose my priorities for 0.9.3 because there is really a lot to do to make the units of each faction more credible !

    The concern with coats of arms and caparison is that they only became widespread around the middle of the 13th century. The game begins in the first half of the twelfth century, a period in which, a priori, the caparison are either absent or very rare and not represented on the seals of the time.     My choice for version 0.9.3 is to remove them on most units, except for the general's bodyguards for visibility reasons and also because the evolution of this unit does not allow to modify the aspect of the horses with upgrades (ug1_ug2_ug3) where the armored caparison is justified.
    In the same way, I also chose to put them back for the feudal knights who arrive in the game towards the end of XII ème century.

    Some are surprised by some helmets especially visible on my general bodyguards in ug1. I put here a board of helmets worn late twelfth and early thirteenth, some of which inspired my helmets knights.


    These helmets of knights, contemporary helmets with fixed visors, make the transition before the arrival of closed helms so classic in the XIII century.

    Sorry for the delay. An error in my KCC0.9.3 files wasted a lot of time. I just found the solution to the crash of the game with the campaign ... I put my file online very soon after a final check.

    Glad to see TWC again functional!

    can i give you a suggestion? why don't you differentiate the general battle model where the general who is a king wear a crown on his head and the general who is a noble don't wear anyhting?

    Because I don't now how to do it ! ... I did not study the question but if it is possible I would like to create kings different from other counts, dukes and others.
