As to the Telvanni situation.
Maybe you speak truly, you claim to take a neutral or even an allied stance while your actions consistenly say otherwise.

I want you to know that all prisoners were released and I tried to take as few lifes as possible. Also, I am prepared to pay any sensible amount of tribute to alleviate the pain these casualties have caused.

Also, military access shouldn't be taken for granted in the case that military movements aren't crystar clear and coordinated.
