Windows 10 problem for MTW Gold Edition

I have tryed to install the game of the Gold Edition on Windows 10,but it didn't work.
I have read about a problem about Windows 10 and SafeDisc/SecureRom absent on this operation system.
So seems the only way to resolve the problem is to install a virtual OS with windows 7 on it?
No other way?

Unfortunately, I haven't yet tried to install Medieval on my Windows 10 PC, so I don't have any suggestions other than the ones outlined in my thread, which I'm sure you've already seen.

Converting to Steam is certainly an option, if you have no concern with using Steam.

I have tried to do that. You will never trust what i am going to tell you
When i have inserted the Secret Code present on my copy of MTW Golden Edition into the Steam wallet "reedem a code",they have gived to me a MTW2 free download and not Medieval Total War - Collection that is the edition with games of the MTW Gold Edition. Maybe it's a bug?

Sounds like a bug. Maybe contact Steam Support about that.
