I need some help!?!?

ok i just got medieval total war. ive had this game b4 but i sold it and i just bought it again a few days ago.
now when i try to load it my computer says it is still on my computer from b4 and i can't install it now. i searched all my files and it's not in there so some help would b very appreciated. thanx

Run the setup file from the CDROM itself, don't run it from the game launcher. The file is on the CDROM somewhere, I can't remember exactly where, it's probably called "setup.exe" or similar. This will allow you to install it without issue, and is how many people install multiple incidences of MTW in order to install different mods on separate installs.
