    Well, this is the battleplan for the following version:

    0.94 version will wait for the CA patch to see if they'll fix the countless bugs in combat stats, animations, etc...
    In any case 0.94 will have:
    - new faction rosters
    - new building trees
    - new faction events
    - a revamp of the rebellion script (more variety and different armies for the different eras)

    I'll do retexturing work step by step because of the huge (but funny ) work involved, so I'm thinking to release it faction for faction

    Have you thought of incorporating burrek's and WhiteWolf's skins in your mod? I'm using both with .93b atm and it makes the battles look much better, plus this would mean less work on you.

    And one more thing, please do something with Byzantines; they are so horrible represented. Makes me cry. If you need help I have all osprey books Byzantines armies. If you repair this, i''ll play the game, even if waiting time will be more than 5 min.(ok, more than min.)

    Aren't you already happy with the Protosebastos title the heir did get?

    Seriously I'm studying different building trees for both orthodox and muslim factions, and also new events, some completely devoted to the Byzs (like ecumenical councils leaded by the emperor itself, the appointment of a patriarch etc...)

    I didn't talked about the roster because the vanilla one is so silly that it comes by itself that it needs a COMPLETE overhaul.

    Protosebastos title is grat idea, and also real name of the state - Basileia tōn Rōmaiōn. But I was thinking about unit roster, and yes it need complete overhaul. Are you planning to do this in near future, becuse as I stated above, vanilla byz roster make me cry.

    Are you going to change the appearance of strategic map characters. It would be a lot more interesting than seeing a different coloured border on the characters cloathes.

    also battlefeild generals and captains. would be good to seem looking different from each other too. is this possible m8?

    I heard there is a .mesh plugin for 3dsmax being worked on so hopefuly that will soon change.

    We're hooligan fans of the guys who are working on it but they're still trying to decipher the format.

    If and when it'll be released be sure a lot of things will change (medieval european infantry without kettle helmets? Nahhhhh)

    Here's some battle scenes with a completely retextured (and with all new units) english-norman army. Damn I couldn't believe new textures would make so a big difference.

    what about add new faction, Kingdom of Georgia, whitch was powerfull, strongest feodal kingdom in Caucasus, took control over all Caucasus in 12-13 c.

    I still have to start to mess with Byzs, 1 faction at time and in order of the game (so "england" then "france", etc...).
