    Yes. But only for the beta version. (from 1.0 and up)

    'beta' implies the mod in its incomplete developer state, so real mod would be when you have an official version that you would call the mod's main release. Though I assume you meant release/'real' given that given you said 1.0 and up, but since 1.0 is a release and not a beta, I can see where the confusion would stem from.

    Strangely. I have always believed that beta is the release version. (and continue to think so) The first release version mod was always called "beta".

    This is not the final version, for now only a demo that will be released soon.

    Nope, absolutely not. Three terms are usual for stages of development here.

    An alpha would be the concept stage, where there's not really anything to run, only a bare minimum to prove that there is an idea.

    A beta is when you advance past concept and have something solid to show for it. It is a stage of testing where people help iron out bugs and the like, and it usually implies you actively work with the community and fix them in preparation for release. The key here is that a beta is incomplete until the deadline comes (doesn't apply) or you see the project as being done and only receiving bugfixes/extra content updates when you have time, at which point, you have the release version.

    Hello everybody, how is the progress going? I must say that it already looks very interesting and promising. Once again Russians show their amazing modding abilities Disciples are games from my childhood and I'd love to play this mod when it comes out in english. I also hope that the eventual success will make Disciples... less forgotten? Thank you very much for your work.

    Yeah Russians are the best modders there is. Regarding what a "beta" is, well in a way mods are always "betas" I think.

    No, I can not say. Mod is ready for about 40-45 %.

    If we talk about DTW, then the definition of a demo or alpha version is more suited to his today's state.

    Yes, I was refering to the "release" version as a mod is then kind of in a permanent beta stage. But anyway the mod is looking great, visually very polished and professional
