I can't play the camping, because it crashes.

So a few days ago i finished installing EBII, i followed all steps including the mandatory steps for windows 10. Then i opened the game, tried custom battle to see all the units and factions and the new gameplay mechanics (I was playing like this). Then when i went to grand campaing chose a faction, no matter which is it after one turn, luckly two, the game crashes.
I have talked a bit about this with the creator of the mod in moddb.com. I think he got pissed and sent me here, i think he was asking me for the easiest and i wasn't able to do it, for example enabling the errors logs. So i will ask if someone is willing to help me be as specific as possible. And english isn't my mother tongue so if i make any misspelling don't get annoyed.
In summary, i need someone to tell me how to enable errors logs so i can show it to you, and if this has already been talked please send a link so i can stop bothering people.

Without an error log, it's pretty much impossible to diagnose what might be going on. M2TW is a complex game where many different things could be going wrong. They should be enabled by default.

What does the [log] section of your EBII.cfg say? What does that section of your medieval2.preferences.cfg say?

Did you set Compatibility Mode to Windows 7 and to Run as Administrator? Is your Kingdoms patched to v1.05? Did you install the game outside of Program Files?

Ok, so my ebii.cfg should say (level= * error) but instead it says (level= * trace) i tried to change it to error to see if it would work, but it doesn't my logs folder is still empty (I made it crash again to see if it would drop a log but it didn't).
So i have no clue how to show you a log because i can't get one, thats my main problem, i know you can't do without one so i'm asking how could i get one. and about your questions, "Did you set Compatibility Mode to windows 7 and to run as administrator? So thats pretty much the problem can't send you a log because i don't have one, i can launch the game, i can play custom battles and even start a campaing but i can't get past 1 or 2 turns, i have followed all steps including the mandatory for windows 10 and i want to make it clear because every time i have a problem with some game every time i get asked 2 or 3 times if i install it correctly and yes im pretty sure i did.
