    Default Writing expressions in PFM

I want to increase the melee defence and armour etc of all units to make the combat a bit slower but don't particularly feel like editing each unit individually. However I noticed that in the PFM you get the option to "edit all selected cells" (or something like that) and clicking that brings up a box to write an expression to apply to those cells.

So my question is how do I write an expression to apply a +2 or whatever to the selected column?

    Edit the file as TSV
    Open the Excel
    Apply formula
Import the result back in PFM
