Picture & Video Competition Voting Rules

• Refer to the title of the poll for the amount of votes allowed. If multiple votes are allowed, you MUST use all of your votes.
• If you use more or less than the required amount of votes, and don't contact the Competition Manager before the voting ends, your votes will not count.
• Users may vote for their own submission.
• Any use of alternate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in action taken against those who break these terms.

The reason there is a tie is because in the voting thread last week, one player didn't use all of their votes and didn't respond to a private message asking them for their second vote.
Thus their vote is invalid, making it a tie between these three submissions - Caligula
