Problem running on Napoleon

So ive used gem on napoleon before in my old computer with cero problem now today i got my new one, has windows 10 which the other one had 7 if that changes anything, and cant seem to get any effects to apply.

I have succesfully run in on rome 2 total war but not napoleon, ive tried different conbinations with the 64 bit application always on or it crushed and trying by pass ui or compatibility mode etc...

Id really appreciate any help as playing without gem is just a pain after getting use to it.

It's probably an issue with Win 10. 64-bit app will just deactivate GEM as Napoleon isn't 64-bit (it's 32-bit).
