Musa is admitted into an audience with Justus, who is visibly relishing in his newfound position. It was not the scorching plains of a legionary's march, nor the forested dwelling of some military posting on the frontier, and instead a place he was most uniquely suited.

"Ave," he said by way of greeting.

Secundus smiled at the man " Ave Friend it is good to see that the Emperor has rewarded another Loyal Christian to an important position in the Empire let god bless you and your family for generations to come. I come here before you because I wish to propose an alliance between our two families. I would like to marry your daughter Viviana " He said in a reserved tone as he looked around the place. He wished the man would live a more austere life just like God intended but he was not going to push for others to live his lifestyle he would just be an example of how to live a good austere Christian life.

Secundus Musa folded his arms over his chest " Well I was hoping that the marriage would unite our two families together in a promise to always support one another when the time comes. A marriage between our two houses will benefit both of us. It will allow us to support each other if either of us is threatened. And I promise to support you in your ambitions and plans as well. As Christians, we must stand united against all those that would oppose us. " He said in a reserved tone of voice showing no emotion. He wanted to unite the two families together so that he would have an ally he could count on. An ally that could be there for him if things went south and the only way to do that was by marriage. He was a single man looking for a wife and the man had a daughter he could marry to secure that alliance

" Our God is indeed Just and merciful and wise to make a Christian the Emperor of Rome who will lead us to victory over the pagans and there false gods. " He said in a reserve done as he did the cross and looked at the man awaiting his response.
