Need help with getting an xml back to esf

Hello guys i need some help getting an XML back to Esf.
For me the nokogiri pre version really won't install conrrect at all If i type gem list it won't show up also i got jruby 1.5.3 or something if i press convert to XMl to esf it won't work

So any help is appreciated
