What if the East India company had continued to rule India ?
For this i guess the mutiny of 1857 would have to be removed from history .

Some other mutiny would have occurred laterr, unless the EIC changed how they did business, and this time it might have resulted in Britain being kicked out.
Or, if same factors that prevented the Mutiny from occuring, might have kept EIC in power until current times. The EIC would have to prevent the rise of Indian nationalist identity, not sure that is possible.
One thing, is if the EIC hand remained in control, when they did leave, perhaps they would have left it a unified region, instead of separate Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka. If the East India Company was still in power, would they have still been considered British subjects? If not, they would not have bden,Baden legally allowed to immigrate to Britain after WW2, so you wouldn't have the East Asian population in Britain today?
The most possible outcome is EIC would get some serious reforms to redefine their relation with Indian states after King Leopold II's disastrous management of Congo, under international pressure of course.
