I'm considering starting a new campaign as Softim Safot etc. are the titles for carthaginian fm's:
1) Important (if so how much)
2) need loads of micro-ing of generals
3) Actually held in the city Carthage, like the cursus honorums are for Rome

Historically it (probably) was at the site of today's Teheran, Iran. However, there might have been another one, if you're asking in a thread devoted to Kart-Hadasht?
