Hello everyone, hope you had a nice holiday season. I have a question, or series of questions, and thought I might throw it up here and see what comes of it.

So here's the deal, I've been increasingly coming around to the notion that I play RTS games more for the spectacle of the fighting and fun of building/running an army rather than the actual 'strategy' of the game.
Kind of like minecraft in a way. Survival mode has its charms but a lot of the time I just enjoy the 'process' of playing the game rather than the difficulty or challenge.

The problem I'm having is that I know and care a lot more about the lore and setting of the warhammer world than previous historical TW titles so when I decide to conquer the world in the glorious name of Sigmar or burn it all down cuz gork 'an mork told me it wuz time to WAAAGHH then it's annoying not to find everyone in their proper place.

I basically want to be as much a tourist as a warlord, trampling across the old world and fighting the appropriate factions in the appropriate region: bretonnians in bretonia, orcs in the badlands, vampires in sylvania, skaven in their rat-holes etc etc etc.

So that's question no.1: which tables can I alter to try and limit the expansion of the AI factions and keep them from going where they don't belong. Is it as simple as modding 'cai_personalities_tables' and swapping things like military aggressiveness from high to low or am I going to have to change a bunch of other values in a bunch of other tables? Anyone know how easy this is likely to be or what the right approach to it is?

Following on from this - I'd be happy to see them wage war so long as they aren't taking territory, so can I fix it so that when attacking other AI factions they only ever sack the opposing city? If at all possible I'd want the AI to behave aggressively only towards the player but I have no clue as to how I would bring this about.

Thanks for any input you might have.
