Turn will be done tomorrow
Do nothing against it (as unfortunately, some factions wouldnt be alive without it at this point, for example Heritance, so its extremely rooted in the current situation))
You cannot move units generated from missions for a turn /se
Units received from a mission may not be used in a battle the turn that they are received
You must disband all units that you receive from missions.

My only input is, the trade shouldve been allowed due to the turn set ups blocking any advances on Helgen as if it was any settlement you could just go around it. but in idea, irl. why wouldnt a faction allow passage through territory they own when allied to be supported by each other? That's my last input. if i was on the other side, I wouldn't have even argued about the set up.
added all the stuff from the last week into the rules..
Also added several other rules that were decided (relatively) recently but forgot to add them (all those instances were known to both sides, or at least me and Mergor, so no BS pls). Lemme know if I missed any.
- the land blockades
- rebellion of settlements to players (wolf)
- not allowed to keep empty forts by keeping agents inside (wolf)

"- not allowed to keep empty forts by keeping agents inside (wolf)"
Wasn't that always the case? :O I though the rule of having at least 4 unites in the fort applay there as well, as by mean you have to keep at least 4, that means you can not keep 0 unites inside.
Of course. Yet Mergor argued otherwise, so admin had to clear it up for him.

Somehow the obvious rule about having to disband units (but one) in traded/gifted settlements was missing in the OP, might have accidentally removed it while editing it recently, so its (re)added now
Mergor forgot to upload that the turn is at me, so I am doing that instead.

As Jadli brought it up in a DM, indeed I cropped wrongly the emperor's fort battle. From the below link you can see, that I had 2 siege available to take that fort.

Also one last little exploit that should have been added...
"Releasing prisoners after a battle and subsequently attacking them again"
There is no reason why would anyone want to release prisoners in a HS from a strategic point of view, except when trying to further exploit retreat mechanics or to be able to attack enemy army multiple times for various goals, such as to be able to stop them army from retreating inside a settlement/fort, or to simply farm more traits for your commanders... Simply, intentionally releasing prisoners after a battle in order to be able to attack enemy army again/multiple times should be forbidden.
I assume that nobody has issues with this, as its quite clearly an exploit of the game mechanics?
Also, it appears we might be adminless again, so if you can think of any other "little" stuff like this, would be good to add it, so we prevent issues in future.
I dont rly have energy left (nor anyone else does I hope) for any future drama, so we might as well end the HS if it comes to it again... So to avoid any of that, let me be frank: If anyone is going to try to win the HS no matter the cost, and try to get an edge in every single situation/move, we can end the HS right now. Let go of that. Do not try to exploit whatever the game lets you, so that we can finish the HS. If there is a move in your turn that is not clearly addressed by the rules/exploits, you bring it up in the thread before doing your turn. You do not play your turn (and dont try to claim it never even crossed your mind it might not be entirely clean move please...) before such a possible move is allowed.
Its not clear whether cap is on break or gone for good, we will try to find a new admin soon if he doesnt show up-
