While subbing that faction for a single turn you reverse its diplomacy for 180% just so Estern Skyrim can help you in Morrowind home war, not for the interest of Western Skyrim which looks like abuse to me.

I won't deny that it can look as abuse, my issue is that you accused me without context. The context is, that there has been a stealmate there for 35 turns with no hope of either side winning, so I chose to make a gentlemen's agreement with pbob, as so we can do something else than just sit at the front and wait for the other to move, which is quite unfun, I hope you'd agree. I took a stack away from 3, so I actually kept armies there to defend, while pbob choose to withdraw all. Of course, this is a win for my Morrowind faction, but let's not forget that Eastern Skyrim is actually part of the Ebonheart pact, and him helping was on the table for a long long time. Also, some final context, I have subbed Skyrim 4-5 turns in the last 10 turns, either because zender left or he asked me to sub before that, so I was perfectly aware of the situation, and that it was actually an unwinnable stealmate for now.

Yea, I dont think Mergor could have done much at this point, better question is what has been hapenning in the previous 35 turns, as pretty much nothing happened.... I doubt the stalemate was unwinnable for either side, but whatever.... thats past now I guess, at least it s getting done right finally.
Its not the only place where things took kinda weird direction, well, was bound to happen at certain time, and we are now at turn 40, and still lot of interesting diplomacy is happening, so that itself is great.

I already described you position in which is Empire very precisely while ago (you can still find it on your private messages) . Since then it defended Orcs and Waryest invasion and is currently building an army and has good option(s) to further expand.

Anequina as far as I know is at short term NAP with Altmer factions and will be fighting with them soon, but regarding that faction you should ask Jadli as he is very close ally to Anequina and will know its situation best.

Think it would be way more useful if you took Anequina... Empire is no Empire, just a weak sideback to Colovia that is Empire now... and has like 3 settlements? Anequina is pretty powerful with some options (and controls The Mane) but up to you...
