I can sub Valenwood and House Hlaalu until a new player is found, though it isn't necessary at this point. If Valenwood ever gets strong again and if the political climate chances drastically in Morrowind after the civil war then a new player is definitely in order

I've got a news that the Mergor aply to be subbing Western Skyrim. I would like to report my strong objection to such think. Mergor already was subbing Skyrim once and back then brought the faction rules making NAP with other Skyrim faction and what is worst did that purely to help out his own faction (Tribunal Temple) in his own war in Morrowind which is pure case of abusing. I believe getting him to sub Skyrim would be deeply biased and unfair.
