As such, we wish to disband our alliance with Eastern Skyrim and offer a white peace to Western Skyrim.

Furthermore, the Tribunal Loyalists are now officially a Junior Partner of Blackmarsh while the civil war rages on. While Telvanni and Dres forces were crushed in the first siege of Narsis, the survivors of the Tribunal armies fared no better. They are now under the protection of the Archcanon. It is however the policy of the Archanon to reinstate not the Tribunal, but House Indoril in their native teritorries.
