Game not working

I bought the game Civil War Nation Divided. And my problem is when I run it the game starts up and then the screen stays black, I can hear the music, and hear the scrolling but cant see nothing. The game worked on my previous computer!

I no its not my specs

AMD64 X2 DUALCORE 4600+ 2.41GHZ
Nividia Geforce 7300le 256mb , 2gb ram Maybe someone had a problem like this and can help me out?

Run Dxdiag (Start>Run>DXdiag) and make sure you have 9.0c installed. Other then it’s the usual suspects – Get the latest video drivers from the Nvidia website and get the latest patch for the game.

Going back to DirectX, even if you have 9.0c it may not be the latest version, Microsoft have been sending out minor updates for it over the last 8 months and from what I can see this game is fairly new. It’s worth your while going to the Microsoft website and getting the latest version of DirectX. Once you get it install it, uninstall the game, update your graphics card drivers, install the game, patch it and see if it works now.

Well I just downloaded the latest dx 9.0c now, and my video card drivers are 93.71 windows xp media center edition, so they are the latest! Um there is no patch for the game out, I can try now reinstalling but if that don't work then something else is wrong.

Edit here is someone saying they have the same problem but I relay don't get what they did to make it work?

Go into C:\ drive and create a folder called '3Danalyzer'. Now download this and extract it to that folder you just created in the C Drive.

Run it and Press Select and navigate to where the .exe file is located for the game you want to run. If you can't find, right click on the shortcut you use to launch the game normally and it will tell you where the target path is. Then press Run.

It does work now, I called tech support and they had a minor fix for the problem in the cfg file.Now it has to run in windowed mode at 1024x768 this is due to because of certain video cards they told me and the development team is looking in to that problem already, and maybe hopefully release a patch for it. So I cant play in full screen due to my video card, but everything else is fine!
