loading patch 1.1

I have installed MTW2. I have also downloaded the patch 1.1 .exe

When I start the patch the InstallShield Wizard starts the preparing setup and just before the progress bar reaches complete, the following error message appears:

"The setup has detected that no version of Medeival II Total War is installed."

Any thoughts?

Whatever the problem, uninstall and reinstall. Its most probably the best thing to do.

However, where did you put your folder? In the default? Also, it may be a problem with the patch.

I get that trouble please if you fix that just tell me. It's excactly same problim with 1.1 and with 1.2

If you are using a digital distribution copy, you need to get a special patch (not the retail version)
