Can the size of the agent recruitment pool be adjusted?

Can the size of the agent recruitment pool be adjusted? I've been looking through the game files, and can't find a table entry or reference in the scripts to populating the list of recruitable agents. I'm looking to make a mod which increases the number of agents available in the candidate pool.

The closest I've come are some entries in the scripts which seem to cycle through displaying the agents in the pool, but nothing which defines how large the pool itself is.

The table your are looking for is "agents." Edit the column "faction_total_cap" to your liking.
