    hi, I've a problem with refresh rate (playing on Gf 1070, 1920 - 1080/Win 10) no matter what settings are used, there is a stuttering and big frame rate drops from time to time. Stuttering is also visible in the main menu with animations turned on. Would appreciate some help here.

    I'll just note that it's probably something unique to your system/card combo. Highly recommend that you do some Google searches citing words like "stutter" and the SPECIFIC model of your card. I had a problem with my old Nvidia card (different game) and it was a nightmarish search before I finally found the answer. I suspect when you finally discover the required settings, your reaction will be, "Really? REALLY!?! On what planet is that "intuitive"?!"
