Tweaks and fixes submod

Hello Geoffrey!


I currently have the latest version of Buff and Shine (1.9) and I am wondering what parts your submod I could install and still play Buff and Shine. Byzantine names, Mongol and Kara-Khitan portraits, as well as quotes should work, but what about forts?

It appears Geoffrey has not been back to work on this in quite some time and the latest version appears to be unreleased. Here's to hoping he makes it back for those of us who still want to play his fantastic submod!

Anyone figured out how to fix the CTD on launching the game? Crashed immediately after showing the splash screen for BC. No other sub-mods, steam version.
