Some of you are forgetting to take pictures against rebels. As they are a faction played by a human, you need to do that. I'll start sanctioning at the next instance.

Yerevan taken with overwhelming odds (Turkish event which started way back)

Are pics of small neval battles against pirates requested or does it only about larger, more important battles?

Ranald of Ross-Shire was off the coast of Antwerp, in his large carrack, The Celival, when word came from his men on shore that Antwerp was taken, and the territory was his.

He got down on one knee in the moonlight and proposed to his companion Ysevva, she agreed and cried in joy. The 2 took a boat to the shore and went right to the keep and found the masters chambers to break it in. The following day a wedding party ensued. Many of the troops were happy for their new commander Ranald. He was a good man who deserved happiness from what he contributed to Scotland already. Apparently the Heretics of the Empire have even sent a message to us requesting a ceasefire.

Ranald knew this was a matter for David Dunkeld to take care of and so he sent his messengers to the Commanders post in Caen.

Negotiations were sent to the Heretics, and they were asked for why they would bring chaos to our christian brothers when they claim turkey to be the real threat?

The winter of 1112AD was harsh, with massive snow flurries over the lands, making planting for the new year difficult, especially when most of the recruitable farm labourers had been drafted into the army. News came that the anglo-normans had sallied out in the field, striking down , the erstwhile duke of tours , Elaise de Maine , who had been looking to defend the route to Toulouse. Two other armies followed suit , with again the English navy with one army aboard, sitting in the ships of the fleet, off the coastline of Bordeaux , with a land based army under the command of Robert, moving down and attacking the City & Castle{fort} of Angouleme , putting them in range of attacking the French royal army and either supporting a push towards Toulouse or towards Bordeaux itself.

A Anglo-norman messenger of England had delivered another decree, warning the French state to submit in there dire position and this time , Louie considered the matter carefully. His position had been harried from attacks from the English , Scottish and from French rebels which had reduced his provinces from seven to the last two at the southern coastline of france, and his only ally was still stuck with severe problems of his own. Stripped off estates and the monies they provided , the French royal army fought just now for pride , and hadn't been paid for two whole seasons , as they had sought a path back to regaining his kingdom , but faced against the far greater strength of the English who could field three armies ,and without friends or allies, there was little to be done. Even as far as the two English attacks, france had the spies to assault Angouleme , but one of the English spies protecting the settlement{fort} would have to be assassinated , and the French assassin had been slain, this season by the english. On the eastern front, the English had withdrawn back to Tours after their sally against Elaine de Maine, giving the French no available targets to face in the field. Left with his only army , shivering in the cold, in the depths of winter, with the growing dissent of a French army who hadn't been paid, and fields that needed to be tended too , the French king accepted the harsh decision which had to be made.

The French army was lead by the French king into the southern [a little warmer regions] of Southern france on the Mediterranean, moving through several disaffected villages , and helping to bury the dead which kept the troops busy, that the troubles and tax's of war, had placed upon his impoverished people as they awaited, the response from the Anglo-normans on the decision to their offer of parley.

I encountered a bug which seems more annoying than harmful but I ask everyone that you tell me if you are about to kill a faction leader. Thanks.

    A Crusade has been called!

On the eve of this historic day,
A day that will sound in history for centuries to come,
His Holiness Pope Paschal II unable to resist the cries of help and suffering coming from the east,
Shadowed by the ongoing conflicts in Europe,
Has decided that this must end and once more in the name of God the Christendom shall unite once more!
No more will the Christians in the Holy Lands be threatened by foreign invaders!
The Pope hereby calls for a Crusade against the Seljuk Sultanate!
Let these words sound in every corner of each kingdom,
To every king, lord or commoner!
    The time has come!
    DEUS VULT!

Furthermore the conflict between the Catholic Church and the Holy Roman Emperor has come to a ceasefire. The Pope and the Emperor are now reconciled with the latter joining the crusade and promising some of the finest men to the cause.
Let this be an example to all!

David Dunkeld rode through the streets of Caen to find out what the commotion was, as word had reached of a crusade called. He assembled his entourage and rode to the keep, where they held a meeting discussing the current state of affairs. A
