Lord Axel Tully summons the militia of Riverrun.

Ooc: This is only the 6.7k militia I maintain. No vassals are being summoned.

As discussed chances are low, due to Lord Baratheon avoiding King's Landing, as he's returning home to raise an army in rebellion against the King after hearing that Duncan has moved first and has already besieged Highgarden. A 5/20 chance with 16+ resulting in Baratheon being sighted, rolled a 9 so the army advancing towards Riverrun does not come close enough to Lord Baratheon's route via the southern Riverlands and into the Stormlands to sight the party.

Hightower calls his banners in case diplomacy fails.

Do I need to state charisma for this? If so, he has +4

None are able to answer: your T4 building prevents you calling them.

I have been overruled by Ponti and Trot. I am, however, stating my opposition to this new interpretation of the rules. I believe it completely ignores the strategic decision that the Army Barracks building was supposed to represent, and that it's only being changed because Brew made a bad choice for T4 and wants it re-interpreted to suit himself.

Yeah uhu.. It of course wasn't Trot and Ponti who made the actual decision and rose the points on why they were pro-rule change. Go smear someone else's reputation.

I need more context: aren't they the same family? Are they ruling different provinces? Who rules what?

Yesterday at 6:31pm the levies of the reach lords loyal to the crown were called.
When they finish the muster at Horn Hill they will march for high garden and reinforce the troops there and begin preparations for the assault.

The march is one hex so 1.5 hours.

Are either of you summoning up AI vassals? Sorry Alex I should've asked that more clearly: you of course get a timestamp on your original post raising troops.
