    Rank/Titles: Knight
    Marital Status: Unmarried
    Children: None
    Skill(s): +3 Survival, +3 Duels
    Wards: none
    Squires: none
    Equipment: Longclaw
    Retinue: none

Jol was born heir o Bear Island, an accomplished fighter though a quiet man not prone to boasting. He was knighted in the traditions of the south, owing more to his desire to demonstrate his honor as a knight than anything else. In his 20th year, Ironborn reavers from across the sea landed on Bear Island. Jol led the defense in the place of his lame father, Jerol, who gave him Longclaw from the scabbard to use in the combat. Having performed his duties admirable and having driven the marauders back into the sea, Lord Jerol made of it a permanent gift to his son, passing the heirloom down before his death. In the years since, Jerol and Jol's relationship soured. Jol spurned his father's choice of bride at the age of 23 and in order to permanently frustrate his father's designs, deigned to travel south. After some years of service and gaining a reputation, he was appointed to the Kingsguard in his 25th year.

    Kromley Crofter of Lonely Hills

    Born in 208 AC
    Marital status: widowed
Children: two adult sons in employee of Lord Lake

    Temperaments:

    Choleric:

    - Ill-Tempered: This character is ornery and seems to explode at the slightest provocation. While they've gotten into enough fights to toughen them up, a person who's as easily baited as a bull that sees red won't make a good commander. +1 Duels, -1 Battles.

    - Impulsive: This character acts before (sometimes, without) thinking. They might move and decide more quickly than others, but their recklessness can lead them to disaster as well. +5% movement speed, -1 to detection rolls.

    Sanguine:
    - Upbeat: Nothing seems to get this character down. They're perpetually smiling and looking on the bright side of even the darkest developments, truly the kind of optimism that can be infectious...or delusional, if the situation is bad enough. +1 to surviving non-battle death rolls, -1 to post-battle rolls (captivity, death, wounding).

    Traits:
    Survival +3, Personal Combat +2, Scout +1
    ( +1 Duels +1 to surviving non-battle death rolls +5% movement speed
    -1 Battles -1 to detection rolls -1 post-battle rolls)

    Equipment:

Studded Leather Armour (+5 hp, +2 Scout, +2 Assassin, +2 Capture)
    A Great axe (+7 Duels, +2 Survival)

Biography: Kromley lived so far the regular life of a northman within his crofter family until the wildling invasion under Raymun Redbeard came to their lands. Among many the young Kromley fought alongside his father and brothers against the threat, which the King-beyond-the-Wall mustered. The majority of his family died at the so-called Battle at Long Lake, including his father, wheras Kromley survived against all odds.
Swearing to protect his family better, he overtook the buiseness of his father as a crofter, blessed his wife with children, which eventually would find their luck in Lord Lake's employment as castle guards
and trained himself within the art of the blade. Utilizing a greataxe as his weapon of choice, Kromley lived so far a blessed life, even when his wife eventually died and his children left his home.

Yet that was Kromley's problem. The majority of his life was dull with the exception of the Battle at Longlake.
He never was able to fulfill his oath of bringing revenge upon the wildling for each fallen family member and neither was their a possibility to proof his word when it came to the protection of his family, when there were no wildlings to be slain except for those few, whom the Night Watch killed anyways, once they actually climb over the Wall in small band successfully.
Thus it seemed like a welcome blessing when Lord Umber announced his expedition.
An expedition which Kromley gladly joined.

    Considering reclaiming Whents.

    House Whent of Harrenhal

    The
Whents of Harrenhal stands as the seventh house to rule the cursed castle in the Riverlands. Due in part to the madness of Lady Danelle Lothson, who sought the dark arts in order to kill the King Maekar I, the knightly house of the Whents were awarded the keep and its vassals for their role in defeating the traitorous Lothsons and the Mad Lady of Harrenhal. The first Lord of Harrenhal was Walter Whent, a popular name among their ancestors. His reign would end after Walter's death during the Peake Uprising, which saw the death of King Maekar too. The second Whent to rule Harrenhal was another Walter, ruling till the middle reign of Aegon V, before dying from an gluttony.

The present, and third, Lord of Harrenhal is Manfryd Whent, a nephew of the late Walter II.
Harrenhal also houses his brother, Robert Whent, and his sister, Sarya. The two brothers are called the Black Whents of Harrenhal due to their impulsive and ill-tempered moods.

    House Harlaw of Ten Towers

If one asked who could match the Greyjoys in power, all would simply answer the Harlaws of Ten Towers. In ancient times, the Harlaws were once kings of rock and salt before the unification of the Iron Islands. The most notable of their lineage was High King Erich Harlaw, the Fifth of His Name, who recovered Fair Isle for the Ironborn during the Age of Kings. His son, Harron, made a name for himself when he slew King Gareth Gardener, the Second of His Name, at Oldtown. At present, the Harlaws control the second largest of the Iron Islands and the closest to the Riverland's shores. Their scythe banners are a frequent sight for the Riverlanders under Freys and Mallisters.

The present High Lord of Ten Towers is the aged reaver, Harren Harlaw, also known as Harren the Haggard for his thick, unkept beard and rather rough appearance. By his legitimate and salt wives, Lord Harlaw has fathered a number of children, with only four surviving their childhood. The eldest is Harras Harlaw, followed by his brother Harrag, then a daughter, Helgarda, and finally the youngest, Harl.

    Biography:

Rhaelle Targaryen was among the four Targaryen children of Aegon V the youngest daugther of the royal dynasty. In 237 AC, Rhaelle's four elder siblings had been betrothed: Prince Duncan to the daughter of Lord Lyonel Baratheon, Prince Jaehaerys to Celia Tully, Princess Shaera to Luthor Tyrell, and Prince Daeron to Olenna Redwyne. It was Rhaelle's eldest brother, Duncan, who broke his betrothal first, by marrying Jenny of Oldstones in 239 AC. This greatly angered Lord Lyonel, who rebelled against his king. A trial by combat, and the word of King Aegon V ended Lord Lyonel's rebellion, with an end result a betrothal, of Rhaelle to Lord Lyonel's son and heir, Ormund Baratheon.
To seal the bargain, Rhaelle was sent to Storm's End, where she would serve as a cupbearer, and be a companion to Lord Lyonel's wife. Despite controverse reforms of the Crown nearly splitting the ties between the Crown and House Baratheon, the betrothal between Rhaelle and Ormund remained unchanged, thus keeping House Baratheon nontheless in a milder position towards House Targaryen as a whole. In 245 AC, the promise of King Aegon V was fulfilled, and Rhaelle and Ormund were wed.
