frequent crash to desktop at end of turn v2.3

Hello,
I recently installed the new version of EB2 (that would be the V.2.3). and I am experiencing some frequent crash to desktop at the end of turns,
I did all that was asked :
- kicked MTW2 out of C programe files 86 and put it on D steam library
- installed the required executables specific to the windows 10 version
- playing in borderless windowed mode
- changed the compatibility to win 7 and launch as administrative features in med 2 and kingdoms exe (as gigantus said in his thread)
- launched a vanilla campaign before hand

however, I am experiencing some frequent CTD at my end turns speciffically when it's the turn of the eleutheroi
I have joined the error logs
Would anyone have an idea of what I did wrong/or lacked to do?

Oh btw I'm sorry but I forgot to put some informations here it would seem:
I run the game with windows 10, the game is installed in D:\Medieval II Total War, and I have the steam version.

It seens the same problem I'm having that I report on the "Launcher & String and CTD issues(post here)" thread. It crashed on the apparently end of eleutheri turns when your own is just about to start, right?
If it's the same problem I hope you have more luck than me. So far I found no support or solution. I tried loading older saves, but it just seens to delay or even rush the CTD one turn or two. Since it's game breaking and I'm not sure if it will happen again because I can see no cause, I even stop playing, so I do not even know if it one in on million crash or a recurrent one.

Same exact issue on Windows 10 Steam version. Turned off Game Mode in Windows and crashes less frequently but still too often to play.
