    Default Faction Console Names

Hello! Absolutely loving 2.3, but I would love to give my enemies a boost with the "add_money" command, Is there any list of the internal names of factions?

I've been playing in my Steam version of M2TW, didn't had any problem with the installation instructions provided.

Is there any way to use the EB2 settlements? Syracuse siege lost its charm when I noticed it was a mayan building.

    Thank you!

I assume you're playing on a Mac? Because that's not what Syracuse ought to look like.

The faction names don't work for me. I always get the error "faction type not recognised"

I know it's specific to the Mac (and Linux) version, but I have no idea how or if that could be resolved, I'm afraid.

EDIT: Well, I came across the following, but I assume that would require the game to load the EB II settlements in the first place. http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...buntu)-and-Mac

Weird, because I took those names from descr_strat and they're also used in the EDU. What command were you using?

    add_money f_carthage *amount*

Tried with other factions and it didn't work either. Giving to myself worked. Had to send them the money as a gift from a diplomat and giving the money to me with the command as a work around.

I believe you need to put the faction name in quotes. Try:

    add_money "f_carthage" 500

    I always use

    add_money f_carthage, 1000

pretty sure that comma is necessary. no quotes
