No trading with good relations

Hey folks,

for first, sorry for my bad english^^

im playing Tyrion and united Ulthuan until round 100, with influence i increased my relations to the empire and teclis to get a trade agreement, with the empire I got one but not with teclis, he doesnt want any agreement whats incomprehensible in any case...for 30 rounds about i´ve a military alliance with bretonia and helped them against vampires and chaos...with +150 they even dont want a trade agreement, whats very silly in my opinion!

I was lookin for a mod to fix this Diplomacy-Fail but didnt find one in the workshop, so i wanna mod it myself, already download the kit but i dont know what im lookin for, maybe anybody knows which mechanic in which data could fix my problem?

I found with the PFM in db cai_personality_diplomatic_treaty_values_tables and now the question is how the values (initial_values, value1, value2) influences the real behavior of the AI, anybody knows?
