EB2 2.2B Install Failure

With the release of EB2 2.2 R i went to install but couldnt find a downloaded copy of the EB 2.2b files so went via the links at the top of the 2.2r announcement page (http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...2b-is-released!) downloaded the EB2 2.2 B file from the EB FTP (Installer) link there. Upon unpacking the zip folder (using both windows and Zipeg) i get the same result when i try to run the executable which is a message which reads "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". I tried to attach a print screen but it says the xps or word files are invalid.
I unzipped the folder to run it from my desktop assuming it would ask where to install the files and i am the administrative account on my PC. Is this a common problem.
Any assistance would be appreciated so i can get EB2 up and running again

After asking my IT guy at work if he could see a reason he suggested it could be the anti-virus if there were authentications missing. After temporarily disabling the anti-virus this then installed. Not sure if this is something that needs/can be fixed or not for future versions.

It should be obvious, but we can't design an installer that disables your anti-virus before running. That would basically BE a virus!
