Cant launch game. Error Message

Whats the problem here? I've followed the instructions.

I've no idea what the message is. What does your error log say?

What platform are you playing on, is it retail or Steam, did you install outside of Program Files?

What error log? There is no logs folder in ebii. The error pops up after clicking the desktop launcher for steam.

Windows, Steam, C:/EB/Steam

Windows 7, 8 or 10?

What does your EBII.cfg say under [logs]?

Sorry, Windows 7.

Im gonna try and reinstall and see what happens

Reinstall same error and launcher crashes. Im thinking could there be some essentials or software im missing?

That doesn't sound like an EBII issue; does M2TW vanilla run?

Googled it. It has to do with Microsoft C++ Redistributable or .NET framework.

Fixed it by downloading some windows updates.
